- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS (if applicable).
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier company issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD option may be available for select locations and orders under a certain value (if enabled).
- Additional COD charges may apply.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept, the customer will bear reshipping charges.
7. Damage During Transit
- We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
